This organization was established in 2021, in accordance with the Department of Association Regulation of the Seine-Maritime Prefecture in France, and is presided over by David Adams, a prominent researcher and international peace activist.
Its objectives are to preserve and maintain the history, memory, and tools of the culture of peace—such as news, archives, biographies, guides, books, and reports—as well as to disseminate and transmit the culture of peace and deconstruct the culture of war through education, research, and training projects.
