We\u00a0also know that it constantly requires the action of citizens, people, and states, to maintain a state of peace.<\/p>\n

That is why, faced with the dangers for peace that consist of: a globalization that puts the burden on the people of excessive military expenditure, nuclear weapons that threaten the survival of humanity,\u00a0and climate disruption,<\/p>\n

we call\u00a0on all women and men, around the world, to mobilize for peace by getting all political leaders, elected officials, heads of state and heads of international institutions to create some form of multilateral disarmament measures (especially nuclear), to protect the planet and develop human rights and education for the culture of peace in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations.<\/p>\n

100 years after the armistice of November 11, 1918, down with war, let\u2019s build peace!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
