Speakers and marchers at more than 230 events around the world advocated for increasing diversity in science, defending science from funding cuts and government interference, and promoting science literacy and trust.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday\u2019s\u00a0March for Science\u00a0events [April 14] may have drawn smaller crowds than\u00a0last year, but the participants were as enthusiastic as ever about the advancement of science.
